You can report illegal content or a safety concern by email, even if you cannot sign in. Include where it happened, the rule or concern, and enough context to find it. Do not include passwords, sign-in links or unnecessary personal information.

Replies and urgent help
Messages and reports are checked regularly, with an aim to review within 48 hours. This is a target, not a guaranteed response time. The service is run by one operator and is not monitored continuously.
